Are you trying to filter all ProFox posts into a folder? If so, that 
should be slam-dunk easy, although I haven't used Outlook filtering 
before. For the dozen or so mailing lists I subscribe to, there is 
always a List-Id header. View the source on a mail message and you 
should see it:

List-Id: OT-free ProFox <profoxtech.leafe.com>

So you should be able to filter on that header.

Or, do you want to filter on specific people sending to ProFox? In that 
case, use the List-Id as above, plus the From header.

As I said, I don't use Outlook but it seems like any reasonably capable 
mail reader would be able to handle this type of filter.
