As mentioned below, There is an advanced rule that looks for something in
the header. And the header should have a received from with the senders
email.

Looking online (sorry I don't use Outlook) what you need to do is set a
filter using the option "specify a word or phrase to search for in the
message header". Do it 3 times in the filter:

1) "From:"
2) "<the sender address you want to filter>"
3) "List-Id: profox"

 From what I see online, that should work.
