Pete, you missed the whole point of the exercise. This is a play on power. Who has it and who uses it well. Obama didn't fold under the request of a little puss head lawyer. If eleceted I hope he has the same strength when little things pop up. Had he raced to court to show anything it would have shown him as weak and bendable. From my POV as a potential Leader of the Free World he did the right thing. Just as prior Presidents have not signed the Tokyo Accord because it was not in our best interest.
