I don't understand what you mean by "markets ROSE after obama was elected and then fell on continuing bad economic data.". The markets didn't rise, they fell on the morning after the election results were revealed.
Obama, working with the group ACORN, used thug tactics to scare banks into issuing loans to Blacks and Mexicans. A bunch of thugs would show up at a CEO's house and threaten him with violence. They would enter a board meeting and just stand and stare, Blacks dressed like street thugs. Everyone knew what they meant, if you don't loan to us we'l hurt you. It was intimidation.
