Amen to that, brother. I gotta say that I've enjoyed Sylvan as it wasn't that, but most others I worked for, it was ALWAYS that way. I'd rather make $40k/yr part-time doing MBSS than make $80k/yr stuck in a stodgy, meeting-heavy, justify-every-minute-you-spend, politically charged company. I don't think that's irresponsible, but my ex-wife probably would.
