Would you be able to pay off your creditors if you were to liquidate? I knew a guy back 20 years ago that sold his house, paid off all his debts, and went to MIT for 18 months to concentrate on a technology MBA. He came back with 2 MBAs after carrying an average of 21 units and attending summer school. Sometimes we can do almost anything if we are willing to give up stuff.
