Hi Michael, Fred!

What nobody realizes is that the doctor only gets a hundred or so. The 
rest, to the extent that it is actually paid by the insurance companies 
- the patient is sent to collection for his part - goes to corporate fat 
cats who screw everything up, get fired and then are given golden 
parachutes.
