This is hyperbol, right Michael? Tell me it is hyperbol. I watched the TV on election night and some of the presidential debates and didn't come away thinking that either candidate wanted "to build showers and crematoria for us Conservatives."
On the contrary, once the election had been decided, I saw George Bush welcome Barack Obama to the White House. I saw John McCain and Barack Obama in a friendly dialogue. Their body language suggested that they appreciated each others viewpoints.
