My setup: MacBook with VM's for WinXP and Ubuntu 8.04. All 3 OS's on one
system, all
running very well side-by-side. Because the drivers on the guest OS's are
virtual, I
have no problem accessing the network of the host system, and of course the
host
system has no trouble connecting wirelessly (Mac is simply great at wifi).

I read email and browse the web about 50/50 on Mac/Ubuntu. I develop software
about
95/5 on Ubuntu/Windows (Python/VFP). I test my cross-platform software equally
on all
platforms.

I keep Windows suspended about 75% of the time, and only resume it when I must.

Paul
