Hi Stephen! There is more information on the Vault Copy. The speculation is that the Vault Copy has information on it that the "mutt" doesn't want to get out, especially since he has had everything about his past sealed that he could have sealed. Now that he is elected the only thing that could hurt him would be that he really was born outside the country. If he was Stanley Ann would not have been able to bequeath natural born citizenship upon him since she had not lived long enough after age 14 in the States.
