Michael, The 'challenge' with many of Craig's FLL's is that they depend on new MS C++ runtimes that are awkward to distribute and install.
I believe Craig has gone back and recompiled some of his FLL's to use VS 2003 vs. VS 2005 C++ runtimes. Hopefully this will give you some ideas on where to look. Good luck!
