I agree Tracy that when multiple tabs are open FF will suck ram, and not restore it properly after FF is terminated. Worst case is to bring in a video when this trashed ram exists. the audio is very choppy. If I do a reboot and go to view that same video no problem at all. I will clean my temp file with ccleaner to get rid of the download. FF3 in a multi tabbed usage is buggy with respect to ram usage. That trashed ram will effect IE or chrome on the same video even if I close FF. I have not opened up VS or SS and just had FF open to duplicate this. i do have a lot of add ons for FF as well, so i realize that MMMY. -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer Mimeo.com Memphis TN 901.246-0159 _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
