You're making my point. There are thousands of companies who would
have to staff an accounting department to handles this level of
detail. If this isn't your core business, then it doesn't make sense
to do that. Instead, outsourcing to a professional firm that *does*
have that expertise working for you will both save you money and do
the job better. Same goes for hosting an Exchange server: if that's
what your company does, then by all means do it. But if you are, say,
a professional sports team, why would you want to spend your company's
time on this?
