First off - Happy Holidays to you ALL! Well, we got this request from a client today - and our Tech support guy here pretty much shot me down on this. Mainly because he is our "go to guy" for any Spanish stuff. We literally let him take over phone calls when it's a Spanish speaking client. Anyway, this particular client of ours, they have customers of thiers that are Spanish. And, up until now - we have given them a field where they can type in the Spanish translations of dollar amounts. And then this field is printed out on the Invoices. However, they have become too overwhelmed with having to do that - and they are asking if WE can give them some kind of tool to do it. So, essentially a dollar amount (including cents) would need to get translated into the equivalent Spanish - like how we write out the wording of dollar amounts on a Check. The question to you all - is there some tool/routine out there that already does this??? I was thinking about writing the code to do this myself - but, I would need help for the various Spanish wording from our Tech guy - and he's basically thowing his hands up and saying its just TOO much work to bother with! As such, I was hoping for an easier solution...
