I have to go on memory right now but I have come across a number of research
articles that it roughs up to the inside of ones arteries and cholesterol
builds up in these damage spots.

During World War II, the army conducted autopsies on 18-yr old killed
soldiers and found an alarming increase in this condition compared to those
in previous wars. The paper mentioned that young men in that generation had
increased their milk intact significantly over previous generations; often
drinking two or more quarts per day instead of just plain water when
thirsty. The milk lobby had to get rid of milk in those days and mounted a
campaign to convince people to drink more milk.

Today you can find milk or milk products in just about every packaged food
in the grocery market. I have to avoid them because I am allergic to milk
fat.

It is thought that this condition is a precursor to heart attacks and vessel
blockage. A scientist in Fairfield, CT could measure an enzyme in the blood
stream within one hour of drinking milk that he correlated with roughening
of arteries in monkeys. I have a newspaper clipping of this study somewhere
but don't know where I stored it.

No other animal in nature drinks milk past infancy and none exhibits this
artery condition. Only humans.
