Do you really trust the tiobe index? I find it odd that Visual Basic (I assume vb.net?) is more popular than c#. Look at the MS newsgroups. The vb.net newsgroups are pretty much dead, whereas the c# groups are full of activity. Logo is at no 16. I mean seriously, Logo? I last programmed Logo last at school.
