Jon,
Do away with the built in junk email filter, it is crap.

Download Spambayes with the Outlook addin. You will never go back.

Subject: [NF] Outlook 2003 and Junk E-mail

I have set up a number of email addresses as Blocked Senders in Outlook 2003
but the emails are not going to the Junk E-mail folder. I have noticed that
the Junk E-mail folder has a 'No Entry' sign on it which is probably why
they are not going there although I can copy an email directly in to the
folder. Has anyone any suggestions as to what is causing this? I can't
find any way to remove this setting (if it is a setting).

TIA
