Nope. Mine has the 'No Entry' as well and I regularly get 200-250 spams a day dumped into the folder. The junk mail control in Outlook 2007 is the main reason I went to 2007 and remains one of the shining aspects of Outlook 2007. Rarely a false positive, rarely a missed junk mail in my inbox once it learns what is spam. And I have it set at the "low" setting . I have several other complaints like slow performance getting email so it is not a perfect product in my opinion. Double check the Junk Mail settings. Tools | Options, Preference page, Junk Mail button. Make sure it is set to low or high.
