I find that for Foxpro users specifically, pcAnywhere is far superior for the fact that it can do differential transfer of large files (ie your dbf files).
It can mean transferring a 200MB dbf file in seconds, rather than in a half hour even on a fast dsl connection if you've already got the dbf on your machine from a previous older copy.
