Can't tell you -- I don't use it much -- all I *can* tell is what I did: as soon as I turned off the hide when minimized "feature" 5 sessions of Outlook appeared on the status bar. And it wasn't 5 different outlook windows -- there were distinct sessions. If there is some kind of setting to disallow this, I'd love to know. I couldn't find one (though I didn't look too hard -- it was all I could do to keep from flinging the computer out the window).
