The Runtime I was testing in had been compiled on the local box. When I
tested this on a second machine, I see the error. AVCXClasses requires the
physical files (VCX & VCT) to be on the machine.

There are two options I can think of you could use to work around this. USE
the VCX and search for what you need. The other is to get the library out of
the EXE as a different name temporarily to use AVCXClasses.

The classlib is compiled in the executing program.  Testing is difficult
because for testing in the runtime environment the classlib may not exist on
the computer.  If this classlib is physically present there is no error.
Executing the application on another computer results in an error
