Tracy, Thank you for your help. I did'nt see this limitation in the help file. There is no indication that this is not working for an included vcx.

When I tested this on a second machine, I see the error. AVCXClasses requires the physical files (VCX & VCT) to be on the machine. There are two options I can think of you could use to work around this. USE the VCX and search for what you need. The other is to get the library out of the EXE as a different name temporarily to use AVCXClasses. Tracy -----Original Message----- From: Coppens, Georges, FC (Provincialaat) Sent: Wednesday, March 11, 2009 11:25 AM Tracy, The classlib is compiled in the executing program. Testing is difficult because for testing in the runtime environment the classlib may not exist on the computer. If this classlib is physically present there is no error. Executing the application on another computer results in an error [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
