I don't know what Ed is saying, but I am beginning to think that the
answer is "yes." Again, I'm not talking about running down to "Drugs-
R-Us" ("Ya want you Smack? Quaaludes? We got 'em cheap! Best prices
in town!"), but some kind of legal-controlled distribution. As I said
before, a prescription or something like it.
