Read up on the GIVE act. It's horrifying stuff to any student of history. Mandatory volunteerism? Uniforms? For people of all ages? Several regional training camps? Huh? In America? The elimination of private ballots is another nail in the coffin of freedom. When Emmanuel said (and Clinton echoed) "Never waste a good crisis," or when Soros (who I believe was behind our economic "Pearl Harbor" on Sept 18, 2008) was bragging about what a great crisis he was having -- this is what they had in mind. They have pulled off a bloodless coup d'état, using the full power of the modern media ... but they won't be able to keep this power bloodlessly. > > This announcement totally blows me away about the U.S. Wagoner is a > seasoned > automotive executive. Certainly he has made mistakes, but isn't it the > job > of the GM board and the shareholders to 'fire' him? I predicted this last year during the campaign, I saw it coming plain as day. I grieved over it (or began to grieve over it---not sure I'm done yet) even before it happened. Everyone told me I was nuts, that there's no way the government would be nationalizing industry in the US, I was being paranoid. The recession and the idiocy on Wall Street was aided and abetted by elements of the US government---the same twits who now are in charge of everything, have set this up over many years and are maximizing the mileage they're getting out of it now to destroy the very engine of freedom, which they've always hated and wanted to destroy. It's actually quite easy to break human institutions that work, but it takes generations to rebuild them or invent new ones. > > This sure looks like the transformation of capitalism to me. No, it's a full-scale global revival of tyranny. Look at what's going on in Central and South America. Evil is on the march again. Only this time it's working from inside the US---actually all of North and South America. This should terrify the whole world. The other part of it is what's happening in the Middle East and Europe, with the expansion of Islam. Russia's return to authoritarianism and China's massive increase in military spending also begin to paint a picture of things to come. The blood of our soldiers spilled to bring universal suffrage to Afghanistan and Iraq is being betrayed now by everything that is happening here domestically and will soon happen geopolitically once the current regime has dug in its heels and found its sea legs. > This is > what > the greed of the bankers and the likes of Bernie Madoff has done to the > U.S. Most of these bankers, and certainly Bernie Madoff, are and always have been liberal Democrats. It's not like their political affiliations are hidden or unknown. But there is no honor among thieves and so now they are the pariahs de jure used to scapegoat, of all things, laissez faire capitalism---which has nothing in common with what really created, triggered and now is institutionalizing this mess for generations to come. > Hold on for the wild ride of your life. Sigh. And not just our lives, but those of our children as well. - Bob _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
