A buddy of mine is in possession of a volume license for XP for the
company he used to work for. They went under and gave him the disk. It's
good for something like 150 users...

He wants to do installs for people and charge them for the legit (?)
copy of XP.

He asked me if I thought this was legal and I told him I *think* so, but
thought I'd run it pass the list because I believe some of you folks are
dealers and such and would know more about it.

Legal or not?

TIA,
