Hi Matt!

No. M$ demands to get paid for everything, regardless of how 
unbelievably petty it seems to the rest of the world. Their EULA would 
certainly prohibit anyone else from re-selling anything M$ they had been 
*given*.

I remember *buying* a Windows 95 System Builder disk. I wanted to use it 
to set up machines for a *charity*, for heaven's sake. I asked 
permission from the Great Satan itself. The reply was "no" of course, 
but they did propose an alternative. I should send them $40 grand.
