Perhaps, but just wait until "the experts" get done testifying re: industry
standards.  Huh?  What industry?  Whose standards?  My software works great,
never crashes unless there is a hardware or OS instigated problem (then my
software still does not crash other than a result of some other issue), and
has only been reviewed once (by Ed Leafe) before I hit the commercial market
with it.  I am certain an attorney could get plenty of experts to say how
crappily it was written (could be true, but it is the functionality and
stability that count, yes?).  I actually feel badly for the vendor, but that
progressive average of averages (mis)calculation error is pretty bad -
assuming it was not remarked out and good code was actually being used
