Watch it! Already the commissars are considering freezing YOUR pay at 
the 2006 level, so, you have been warned!

You know, at one level the guy is likable, and his choosing to refer to 
himself as a "mutt' is priceless. He is, however, a way-over-the-top 
socialist and a typical Chicago D politician, with all that implies.
