In principle it's not necessarily bad that a C-level exec taking over a
company knows nothing about the products/services of that company. However,
in this case, he's already shown the bad judgment of taking a political
puppet job, and if he is any good at what he does, rest assured meddling
from the government will drive him to suicide or insanity in about a year.
