Jim,
Not true. MSDN keys are perpetual and don't expire. However Action pack keys
do.

I found that too to be the case when my subscription lapsed for a couple
of months last year.

Which BTW, your not allowed to use any of the keys if your subscription is
expired.

Subject: MSDN Product Keys

Hi all,
I'm back on the list 'cos I need a little help.
A few months back Maplin (UK - and elsewhere for all I know) had a
really good offer on a Media Centre PC - so I bought one.
I knew I had XP-MCE on an MSDN DVD so I thought I'd have no problem -
HOWEVER my msdn subscription expired a couple of years ago and when I
try the ms site and go to the Product Keys page it says 'access is not
allowed'. I've called ms and they tell me I should be able to get all
generated keys - but it ain't so!
Before I try getting ballistic with ms can anyone let me have a product
key for XP-MCE

   thanks AndyD 8-)#
