Try to create PDF with different PDF printer. U may use free PDF
printer driver Primo PDF.

I have sometimes teports not created when selected Adobe driver, but
created when
selected Primo PDF driver.

Some fonts required may not be supported/installed on the server.

As what I understand from the posts, the problem may be with the
machine on which your application is running, not with your
application. PDF file may not have been created at all and there will
not be any file to open after printing report to PDF driver.
