      You debase both religion and our field with this.

      He just does not see the problems that *I* have had over the 
years with the billing calculations (the hairiest part of the 
system).  He sees that there was an occasional problem.  It was far 
worse.  I did not (and still do not) have certainty on the 
code.  This is Not a Good Thing.

      Since I am requiring some of his time to get this going, the 
expense appears high to him.
