To all those interested in the ARG-CommandBars controls. I have started a Blog to show some of what I am doing with these controls and in addition to the support forum. The developer of the controls has been on holiday I understand but has said that now he is back he will post any support questions on the site with the answers he has given. Certainly while I continue with development of this particular application and also when the site emails me to say that comments or support questions have been raised.
