Yep, he crossed the line. He had no reason, other than being sick of dealing
with stupid, nasty, stinking drunks, to kick the guy. I would think he
should get suspended for this, and then have to go through some training on
anger management.

The guy was handcuffed, wasn't resisting, was on the ground when the
boot went in. If the police want the respect of the public then they
have to act without reproach. 

The officer was out of order, whether he was drunk or not it just ain't
right...

Hi Everybody,

The leftylibs are going hateful over this story. An officer is accused 
of kicking a drunk (rather than, say, shooting him) The department gave 
the drunk $400 cash to forget about it, as drunk as he was he wouldn't 
have remembered anyway.

But viewing the video, it looks to me that the officer's kick was a mere

gesture, just enough of a push to topple the already tipsy guy, and the 
city is being had.

Any kick video experts out there? What do you think?
