Yep, he crossed the line. He had no reason, other than being sick of dealing with stupid, nasty, stinking drunks, to kick the guy. I would think he should get suspended for this, and then have to go through some training on anger management.

But viewing the video, it looks to me that the officer's kick was a mere gesture, just enough of a push to topple the already tipsy guy, and the city is being had. Any kick video experts out there?
