All depends on what you are getting for the fee. Size of files, Size of data, email storage, being found by web spiders, getting helped with ranking, the list goes on. You need to find a designer to help you with http://www.fabmate.com/. Your forums should be a part of your site, not the initial page. IMO at least. But you did get the music off didn't you!
