I use it sometimes as it helps to set up forms easily. It allows me to drag the fields onto the form and lay them out easily with the correct controlsources and captions on labels. But I use VMP and I set the AutoOpenTables off and then use a tool to convert the controls to my default controls for the current project and use the VMP Business Object Manager to "open" my data as needed.
