Richard, I used several ctl32 classes (statusbar, gripper, scrollable container, and slidebar) in past projects with great success. Not only are his tools high quality - his documentation is some of the best out there.
The developer of these tools, Carlos Alloatti, is a first class professional. I found his code and designs clean and reliable. And I found him very approachable and helpful. Highly recommended and worthy of generous donation.
