Thanks, Malcolm. I've been playing with the balloontip and progressbar. Carlos has indeed done a great job with this but I'm a little concerned that the project may be an orphan. I ran into an issue with the release from last September available from his site and traced it down to a function that had been commented out. I posted a message on his forum but have had no response yet. A quick glance at the general forum traffic shows that he hasn't posted a reply in almost a year. Perhaps he got tired of giving it away...
In the meantime, I reverted to the March 2008 version available on VFPX, which is why I was curious about what version people here might be using. rk -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Malcolm Greene Sent: Thursday, August 27, 2009 9:52 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: ctl32 Richard, I used several ctl32 classes (statusbar, gripper, scrollable container, and slidebar) in past projects with great success. Not only are his tools high quality - his documentation is some of the best out there. The developer of these tools, Carlos Alloatti, is a first class professional. I found his code and designs clean and reliable. And I found him very approachable and helpful. Highly recommended and worthy of generous donation.
