Along with the others, I've always used Zebra Printers and have never had
a problem. Ditto on the Seagull Scientific drivers. Those folks have been
around for quite some time now and have the driver stuff nailed.

As far as label choice, I would talk to a Zebra rep since label longevity
is a critical concern. There are various types of media that can be used
for printing bar codes and when doing a bar code application, it's very
important to match the type of media for the use intended.

I'd stick with Direct thermal if you can, but many of the direct thermal
types are subject to sunlight or extreme heat (especially ones that can be
scanned in near infrared). Doesn't really sound like that would be an issue
though for court documents. I'd probably worry more about moisture.

FWIW,
Jim.

I have to put a 13 inch label on a legal envelope from a java system.

I am looking at paper labels and resin media.

I need the image to stick to the label !!! this is going to be used
