More rain that I like out there. Our next step is to get a geo=thermal exchange unit to help reduce the load on both the AC and heating system. I am also looking at solar panels to try to cost effectively sell back power to the electrical utility supplier out here. With current tax credits and other incentives we are almost at a 12 year break-even point. I am hoping to see it hit 5-6 years, at which point I will make the move to either or both technologies.
