Years ago I put an attic fan in my house and that was absolutely the 
best investment in home improvement I ever made...period.  I can't say 
enough how cool the house was compared to pre-installed days.  My 
ex-wife and kids are comfortable today as a result of my foresight and 
planning then, for sure.
