Thanks guys for the replies. Well yes it does (excel seems to take over) and I can't find how to stop it. As I said if I open the message in outlook I can save it as CSV even with excel on the machine. It is only webmail (exchange server thingy) and only on pc's with excel on it. I have already been in and changed the CSV to notepad in file options. Just been in and changed the .csv in regedit and even that doesn't work Al
