Hi Stephen,

Make light of it all you wish. One of the basic tenets of Catholicism is 
that God is everywhere. Thus He is as much in your shoe or your under 
drawers as He is in "your" Eucharist, which, of course, is so much more 
special than the Protestant Eucharist.

It is, indeed, superstition that God would be somehow "more present" in 
the Catholic Eucharist than, say, the Baptist. There are two or more 
gathered together in the name of the Lord at the Pentecostal Church as 
well as at the Catholic.
