I have a requirement to take an existing PDF file and delete ranges of pages within it. This could be by deleting the pages or extracting pages to a new PDF file. I've found a command-line tool called pdftk (http://www.pdftk.com/) that looks like a contender, however I was wondering if anyone knew of any COM-based controls or DLLs or whatever offering this sort of functionality.
