I started with Ghost and it did the job but for some reason I don't remember 
switched to Acronis. Then I had some strange failures with it and was ready 
to go back to Ghost when they came out with a new version. This version 
turned out to be extremely reliable and fast so I stayed with it. It can 
build image drives, backup and restore individual files and can boot from a 
CD so you can create an image or backup of a non-booting PC.
