Hi Bad Steve, Nuisance animals are always OK to kill. The law protects people. The law against hunting in certain areas is to protect people, not animals. The seasonal bans on hunting are for game management or species protection, not because animals can't be killed by people. Jumping a fence is not a capital offense, but lefties are killers.
