Only if you are using something that is NOT in SP1.  SP2 obviously 
contains everything from SP1 plus more.

If you put your runtimes in the App folder like many of us here 
recommend, you can just push an installation setup exe to them with 
those files.  I'd recommend Inno Setup for all installation setups.

Are there things you need in SP2 or are you having problems in SP1 that 
area solved in SP2?
