I thought I fixed this problem. I got the same error this time.
Last time, it was actually the case of read-only. But this time it happened
in the middle of update.
So I had to recover the database from the backup.

I think the problem with Windows server 2008 that Paul mentioned might be
one of possibilities.
Is there any way to ascertain this and solve it?
