Any recommendations on a hosted CRM, CMS, or Wikiservice that would allow one to create a customer portal supporting 100's of customers? I'm looking for a product that would allow us to create both public and customer specific content.
Customer content would be a collection of customer specific pages and links to customer specific files including invoices, agreements, license information, etc. The goal is to put in place a self-service system where customers can login to their account and see their specific content as well as content useful to all customers, eg. FAQ, documentation, brochures, webcasts, etc. The system should be easy to maintain from our side. Both Pbwiki.com and Editme.com support the above requirements, but their UI's make it very awkward to manage a large number of users or a large number of pages. Any suggestions appreciated.
