That feature applies to their truecrypt volume inside a volume.  If you 
create a volume in a volume you can deny that a hidden volume exists and 
it would be impossible to prove it did as the entire volume is supposed 
to be random data.  You could surrender the password to the outer volume 
showing that you have cooperated with the authorities and could 
plausibly deny that a hidden volume exists but obviously not mentioning 
"plausible deniability" :-)
